Once upon a time, the roof space was used mainly to store things which are seldom needed like Christmas decors, old books , toys and clothes that children have already outgrown. In some other cases, the roof also used to house hot water cylinders or pipes for air conditioning units.
Now however, more people are discovering better use of their roof space as play room for the kids, studio for artist family members, lounging area or even music and TV room for the whole family.
